Chris was our realtor for the sale of our town home, which had been a rental property for us. He was very knowledgeable in that area, and knew exactly what we needed to do to fix it up to sell if quickly. He knew vendors with great prices and they did a great job and were VERY affordable and fast!During the process of our sale, he was very responsive to our questions, being new to the process, he was very patient in explaining things to us and ensured that we understood each step. He never seemed put out by our calls, or emails or texts as we were trying to navigate the sale and the closing and understand the process.Chris did an excellent job, he advocated for us in every step of the process and pushed when needed to get the closing done in an acceptable time frame. He went above and beyond for us to get our home closed on a Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend and even stayed past business hours to ensure it was done!We would HIGHLY recommend using him for any of your real estate needs, he's our FAVORITE!

I am delighted and amazed with the professional advice, timing and processes Chris had at his disposal when the time was right to sell my house. Since family members have known and trusted Chris with their real estate needs for years, I gave him a call. Chris ensured efficient marketing and the highest price possible. With multiple offers after 3 days of walk-thru and virtual visits on MLS, we were able to ask that interested parties submit their offers for consideration at the end of just one week on the market. With many offers above list price and various options to choose from, Chris's knowledge of how to approach this situation was most advantageous. He negotiated written agreement from the buyer to guarantee the increased offer when the appraisal met the original listed price. Everything worked in my favor! The market was right, Chris proved himself, once again, to be a valued friend and consultant through the entire process. I would highly recommend his team of professionals to anyone who has purchasing, selling or investment real estate needs.
