Dina was recommended by a realtor friend when my partner and I moved to Tampa. I will have to say that right off the bat, she was very supportive of our needs and wishes. The level of effective communication that she had was above and beyond what was expected. When we met her in person to meet with a new builder, she supported us so greatly in asking questions and explaining the process the whole time. So from the beginning to the end, Dina was amazing and I would continue to recommend her if anyone wants to buy in the Tampa Bay area.

Hi our names are Fred & Beth and we are from Michigan. We came down to the Wesley Chapel area to visit family and had no intention of buying a home. But, we decided to take a look got ahold of my sister's Real Estate agent. Her name is Dee. Her approach is extremely professional, from the very beginning. I could tell that she knew what she was doing and made us feel comfortable while doing it. I believe her best trait is attention to detail. I have been blown away at every interaction. When we decided on the home we liked she had a list of contractors and got them involved immediately, so we had quotes in days. By the time we closed, we had been in contact with many contractors and hired 3 to do the work. She was also very proficient on emails, telling when we were half way through and what I needed to accomplish. She sent me emails with every utility service I needed to change and the name of the person who took care of the yard and even the Orkin man. Dee is very good at what she does, she even got us cash back off the asking price after we had inspections completed. She thinks of everything. Thanks again Dee.

Dee Strom is an excellent businesswoman. Dee helped me out so much with my other house (which I was unable to sell due to personal reasons). She was very informative, gave me some extremely important referrals, and was an excellent resource of information. When my brother passed away and I had to sell his house, Dee was the Realtor I called, and I listed my brother's house with Dee. Everything went smoothly, quickly, and I got a great price for my brother's house! I will definitely be using Dee for any future real estate needs.
