Diane Acken is a treasure! She is a lovely, sweet person to work with - armed with solid knowledge, capability, experience, and negotiating power. Diane is always prepared for a situation, be it a first time meeting or the umpteenth round in a challenging situation, and has a gift for communicating in an effective, calm, professional manner. She has sold our past two homes very quickly at great prices for us! First day both times, in fact. Diane really rose above and beyond with our recent home purchase: My husband and I made a purchase offer with a local realtor, and the process kept stalling with various issues. Our realtor was not helpful or attentive, and we were in danger of losing the home. Diane was aware and recommended we start our loan process over with another broker, Ken Ynes at NFM Lending. We did. Ken and Diane quickly saved the situation, and now hubby and I are in our forever home! We trust and recommend Diane highly!!!!!
