As we were not sure yet what we wanted, he helped us navigate the concerns of moving states and how to choose what will for now be temporary and set us up to build a great starting foundation to buy our forever home in the near future. In addition, not only did he help us with all of our questions no matter the time of day, he also went to the property we were interested in and personally gave us a virtual live tour of our options so that we felt the most comfortable before committing. I just bought a 3/2 in Hillsborough County with the help of Jay Quigley. We saw many homes and the average price of a Hillsborough home seemed to have grown by about 20k-30k more by the time I found this one. I am very happy with my purchase and with Jay?s assistance and effort in making this happen. Jay has a fiduciary agreement to help you find the best home for you and that helped me become comfortable with the process but expect to move fast! I was a first time home buyer so I didn?t know what all went into buying a home. I had a great experience with Jay and would recommend him as your realtor.

When I began looking for a home, I initially was doing it in my own. I struggled to find something reasonable and decent. I was referred to Jay Quigley and had a great experience. He sent me different homes as rentals became available. He consistently helped me find something that I was comfortable with. My goal was to find something worth the value I was going to pay. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted while getting the best bang for my buck and not going over my budget. He was patient with visiting multiple homes with me and didn't pressure me into getting something I didn't want. He understood that I didn't want to "settle" for less than I wanted. After looking for a while, I was tempted to "settle" a few times out of wanting to get it over with. He reassured me that we'll find something better and I shouldn't live in something I'm not comfortable with. Finally, something I loved became available within my budget and we hopped on it immediately. I will definitely be working with Jay in the future when it comes to my next big step of buying a home!!!! I'd recommend him for sure!!

My wife and I were first time home buyers and Jay made the experience so smooth! As soon as we decided to go with him as our realtor, he got us in touch with great mortgage lenders and helped jump start the pre-approval process. Within less than a week of first contacting Jay, we had an extensive first meeting to discuss what we were looking for in our new home. He explained to us very clearly how the process would unfold and what his role was in all of it. He gave us a great and easy to do list to help guide us on picking out homes to tour. Jay used innovative phone applications where we could send listings we like straight to him. He understood our time crunch, as we we needed to move out of our old place in less than 4 months, and straight away had listings for us to look over at that first meeting. Over the next month, we saw upwards of 10 homes, and no matter the time or day, he was available to show us homes and strategize on making offers. He is a master of strategizing on offers, which was absolutely crucial in the hot sellers market we were facing. In less than a month, we were under contract on the perfect home. Jay helped us through the inspection and pre-closing process flawlessly. We cannot thank him enough for his diligent and exceptional work, and we will be his clients for life. We fully recommend that you choose Jay when buying or selling your next home!
