A well deserved acknowledgement to Jay Quigley. My elderly parents had to put their house up for sale. Jay walked into a tough situation. The house needed help....big time. Jay coordinated repairs, suggested and implemented upgrades....etc. He did this in just over a month. He told me....Rick I'll have it on the market by the end of January. I smiled, said great but thought....yeah right. He did.
