I was lucky to have John Hester as our real state agent last year when we were purchasing our home. He's really good in what he's doing . He explained everything and all the steps during the process .He still help us cuz whenever there's something we need to renew or to get for the house he still send us a reminder card or letter in the mail. He's so good and has an Harm heart and I'm glad we met him during that process. you are the best Jhon!

Josh Sobczak: More Than a Realtor We came into this adventure to find a home and ended up with much more; we came away with an amazing friend! When I say more than a realtor, I mean that Josh treated us like family. We traveled down from out of state to search for houses and completed much of our paperwork remotely. From day one, Josh was an absolute professional that had our interests at heart. I've had realtors in the past that put their commissions ahead of our decision tree. Josh was the complete opposite, and throughout the process of buying a home under construction, Josh was an absolute hammer making certain our house was perfect. His background in construction was a blessing as he was able to point out many things to the build manager that would need repaired prior to our arrival. He had our back, he earned our trust and was present throughout the entire process. I'm not saying you have to become best friends with your realtor, but when your realtor treats you like a best friend, it's a special gift. If you are in the market for a new house or selling your house in the Tampa Bay Area, accept no substitutes; Josh Sobczak is genuinely an amazing realtor!

Judy Shurtleff is the best at her job. She is concerned about her clients well being from day one e and always made us feel like we were the most important people in the world. She is focused and detailed to point where she read things on different contracts and documents that the others don't seem to see and could completely miss! She even had a few times where Offer Pad (the company that owed the property) didn't even know what was written in their own contract! She is the best.
