Laura has assisted me through three real estate transactions in the past three years. In the first, Laura understood that I wanted to move into my new home prior to listing the house to sell. That seller gave me a better deal without using a realtor but Laura advised me. My home for sale got a lot of interest as soon as it went on the market and we closed within three months. This pass summer, I inherited some funds that we wanted to invest in some beach property. Laura jumped right on my request and found a perfect condo with gorgeous views for a much lower price than comparable listings. Within six weeks, we closed on that property and my family got to enjoy it prior to the winter rental.

She listened to our (very long) wishlist and had a laser focus on finding the perfect house for my husband and me. We landed in Waterset in Apollo Beach for the proximity to the water and the amazing amenities. Our house checks every box and then some.
