It was a pleasure working with Jay. He helped me find the perfect place for me. Gave him a list of must have and he did his best to find all of them. During the visits to the potential apartments he provided sheets that help me rate the apartment which helped tremendously when going back to review them. You would be surprised how much you don't remember after seeing so many properties. He has very responsive and accessible whether it was email text or phone call he always got back to you. Best of all he is a honest person. He will tell you what the truth is which may not be what you want to here but when making a life changing investment it's important to have someone tell you the truth not just sell you on a house because they get paid either way.

Additionally, our house, though charming with old Florida wooden bungalow architecture, is quirky and older. We experienced lots of pushbacks from potential buyers who were looking for a more conventional house.
