She quickly understood what we were looking for and deftly maneuvered the purchase of a well sought after property for us. On the sale side, Dee recommended staging the property. Excellent advice! Listed on a Thursday, shown on Friday, second showing on Saturday, and a sales agreement on Sunday! Absolutely painless. In addition, Dee has a wealth of contacts, vendors and handymen to recommend.
