Pete was an excellent realtor that quickly determined what our needs were for finding a home in a difficult market. He was very diligent in keeping us informed throughout the real estate process and always was prepared to address many issues that arose from a difficult seller so we could get to closing and purchase our new home. He worked with selling agent, lender staff and Title Company to complete the many steps so we could close on time and finish our transition to our new home when our furniture arrived. Even though the process did not go as smoothly as we would have liked, Pete was always prepared and ready to address the next steps and protect our interests for the purchase of our home. Thank you to Florida Executive Realty for all their professional staff and handling of our home buying needs.
