Our Superior Agent treated us like family. Sue Dei provided us with outstanding service. We had to make four trips from North Carolina during this Covid Crisis. She showed us over 60 homes until we found the right neighborhood. She assisted us with termite and other inspections to pool installers. She is patient, kind, extremely professional and highly intelligent. What is not to Love! She made the purchase so wonderful!

For the first time in over a decade, our family began the home search process. We were fortunate to have the assistance of our parents who own a real estate company. Since they live a couple of hours away, we did most of the house hunting and were bitterly disappointed by the lack of property knowledge of various listing agents. Tim did an excellent job selling my home. He expedited the process and expertly navigated issues that arose. When repairs were needed to fix defects he was there to give contractors access to the home so I didn't have to take time off from work. He even sold the washer and dryer that the buyers didn't want. I would certainly recommend Tim to anybody looking for an attentive and professional real estate agent.
