I am so happy I found Michele to help with selling my home. Being on the selling side, Michele gave great insight and knowledge to the ever changing market, especially with the movement in the area that I was selling. Michele Van Epps refused to give up on finding the perfect house for us even when we were in the process of giving up. She encouraged us and assured us that "our house" was out there and she would find it for us! Our requirements, or wish list if you will, appeared to change at a moments notice. Michele went above and beyond anything we could imagine. Her constant searching, reviewing, researching on our behalf resulted in our closing on our dream home last week! Her kindness and encouragement kept us sane. Her extensive knowledge of real estate as she walked us through the process of making an offer to closing kept us safe.
