Martha is everything you want from a realtor and more! She has helped me and my husband shop, buy, and now sell our home. She is also in the process of helping us buy for the second time. I have worked with her every time I needed a realtor and I will never use anyone else. She is so knowledgeable and takes the time to really provide her clients with all their options to be able to make an informed decision. She truly cares for each of her clients and its a good feeling to know she will always have our best interest in mind even when we are not present. Its not easy thing to trust a realtor with such an important decision in anyone's life but she acts with such integrity and genuineness, that its easy to see how much of a trustworthy person she is. Martha really does go above and beyond and I will recommend her without hesitation!

Martha is one of those rare gem Realtors that goes above and beyond every expectation. From start to "finish" (she's never actually finished helping you and that's one of the many reasons we love her so much), she is just constantly doing more than asked. She does her research on every property, advises on how best to get your offer accepted, and is always ready for the next 5 steps of the process. When issues arise, she handles them before you even know there is an issue. And above all- Martha makes you feel like not only a friend but family! We love Martha with all our heart and are so beyond blessed she's our agent. We absolutely couldn't recommend anyone better than her and will never use anyone else as long as we are in the Tampa area. Knowledgeable, informed, patience, kind, caring, warm, honest, and helpful are just a few of the words that come to mind when I think of how best to describe her and we are forever grateful for her.

I honestly don't know where to start, I was looking at rentals with Martha one day and I told her my wife and I felt that God wanted us to trust him to buy a house. I didn't know what was going to happen but from that moment she decided to go in this faith Journey with us. One thing led to another, provision after provision after provision came through when it didn't seem possible! Martha encouraged us in the waiting and celebrated with us on EVERY little win! She took our journey home personal and made sure it was done right. We are so greatful that she trusted us and what God was telling us to do and we all realized and remembered that FAITH IS WAY MORE FUN! If you're reading this, take it from me, it can look bad financially or even confusing, it may seem like all hope is lost for you and your family but IF ISNT! Take a risk step out of the Boat and trust Jesus because he never fails and I wouldn't be writing this today had I not taken the step to trust him. Martha Is incredible and I wouldn't want to work with anyone else ever again when it comes down to buying or selling houses. She's gifted for it and a blessing to everyone she comes into contact with. Martha THANK YOU from the Nusz fam bam we love you!

We could write a book about all of Martha's awesome qualities and alot of them have been stated in previous reviews. To simply state: She is the BEST!!
