Martha is the best realtor I have ever encountered! I would and have recommended her to anyone I know looking for a property. I am a first time home buyer and can say without a doubt that she made this experience such a breeze for me. She was extremely thorough in explaining and answering all my questions throughout the process. She made sure not to push too hard in any decision making and supported all my doubts/concerns along the way. On multiple occasions, she voiced my concerns for me and spoke on my behalf on things I was uncomfortable addressing. She was meticulous at following up, receiving confirmations and scheduling all appointments. She has amazing communication and response time and always made sure everything was moving smoothly for me. Martha is truly one of a kind and excels at all aspects of her job! Would use her again if given the chance!

Martha is absolutely amazing!! I do a lot of real estate transactions and she is by far the best agent I have ever worked with. I recently moved my parents from NJ to FL and did so site unseen. Martha made the entire process so easy, she genuinely cares and it shows. Helped with inspections, negotiations, homeowners, suggested contractors, utilities.... Could not have done it without her!!
