She maintained contact with the lenders, with the potential buyer's realtor, and constructed memos throughout the ever changing process that kept us on top of the changes. Our house was a challenging one to sell due to the square footage and floorpan, but Kristy did her best to make sure our home was visible in all markets and marketing venues. She was easily reachable when needed and her associates were also very helpful. They held several open houses and someone was present at each showing.
