Kristy was instrumental in the selling of our house. From the beginning she impressed us with her knowledge of the market and what we needed to do attract buyers. The house was a challenge to market because of its size, condition and location. Large house in nice neighborhood that was in need of a lot of renovation. She handled the negotiations with a couple of potential buyers, one of which was very difficult to deal with. We were able to attract a buyer that made us a fair offer and handled all of the contract details through closing. Kristy always responded to my calls and emails promptly. Kristy is a skilled real estate agent and we highly recommend her.

She is at the top of her game ... powerful, confident, a master negotiator, knowledgeable and backed by a dedicated team that delivered services beyond anything that I had imagined. She is available 24/7 and can handle any issue that arises. She could teach a master class on real estate sales. We ended up with 8 offers in the first 5 days and sold our home in record time. We are overjoyed and cannot recommend her enough. Bravo !!
