Kristy is a truly masterful real estate agent and, no doubt, the best in the Tampa bay area! She is knowledgeable, professional and responsive. Within two days of calling her we had a meeting to discuss all the viable homes in the area for our profile and she walked us through the pros and cons of each home while also giving us the full history of the New Tampa area and related home builders - it was impressive! Kristy will always "tell it like it is" which is what you want a realtor to do. When we decided to sell our house, Kristy gave us excellent guidance and advice, even though we waited a year for market conditions to be right to list and sell the house quickly. Kristy knew every comp in the neighborhood, and knew every similar house for sale in the area. She came up with an aggressive but realistic listing price, and helped us negotiate the selling price that she predicted. She put together a great online virtual tour" and professional marketing flyers. She had a well trained support staff to help her stay on top of everything, yet nearly all of our communications were still directly with Kristy. All paperwork was explained thoroughly and handlied correctly. Even after the closing, Kristy helped us look for temporary housing while we traveled and when we returned, helped us negotiate the purchase of a new home direct from the homebuilder (also in Tampa Palms). Again, I would recommend Kristy to any buyer or seller in the Tampa Palms area.
