She was a constant guide for us through a complicated process with our home purchase including multiple offers and repairs that needed to be negotiated. We were so thankful to find her after we had to cut ties with our first agent and reached out to her on a whim. She ensured we had the the best inspectors and contractors involved with our home repairs and we would have been lost without her knowledge. Complete folders of all the comparables, a mockup of our house listing including street side pictures, google earth pictures of the house, and a thorough search of the property's government records. A truly professional photographer was arranged, numerous web sites for listing, and Kristy provided a very professional staff to contact and work with for any questions or issues that came up.

We wish we had started our home-buying journey with Kristy, but instead wasted time trying to work with several other agents who were unresponsive, unavailable, and uninterested. Kristy, on the other hand, couldn't have been more responsive, interested, and on top of the marke. We had a good idea of what we were looking for and Kristy immediately went to work for us, getting us set up with email alerts whenever a house meeting our criteria came on the market.
