Kristy is the Realtor to use if you live in the New Tampa area. We have sold several homes in other states, and have never seen a listing presentation like Kristy provides. She comes prepared with area comps that relate to your home along with all the materials she will use in the listing / showing of your home. Our home sold within a day of being listed at our asking price. Kristy and her team (Brandy and Amanda) always responded to calls and messages when we had a question. We would not hesitate to use Kristy again, and highly recommend her as a Realtor.

Having been through several home purchases and sales, I am so thankful to have had Kristy as my realtor for this one. Just starting the process of the home sales Kristy proved that she is the realtor to have. Her staff and all of the experts she provided to get the home ready for listing were all very professional and provided a superior quality of service. Suddenly a simple sale turned into a very complicated one, due to one of several parties involved. Kristy remained calm and professional. She helped to guide the process, and everyone involved in it, along until the very end. There are plenty of realtors who can handle the easy stuff. BUT, you never know when what you think will be a simple transaction will turn into something much more complicated and involved. When that happened to me, Kristy's knowledge and expertise were put to the test in resolving some difficult conflicts. By the end of the process I knew that I couldn't have picked a better realtor.
