Kristy originally found a builder to build our house for us when we first moved to Tampa six years ago. In January of this year she sold the same house when we moved because of a job change. She is extremely knowledgeable about the New Tampa area, great at negotiating, and easy to work with. She listened to our concerns, thought of creative ways to market our home, and was always available to answer our questions. She made closing easy since we were out of town and unable to be present. Her professionalism was evident each step of the way from listing our home through to closing. We highly recommend her and appreciate all the hard work she did.
