Florida Executive Realty and Gina were referred to me 5 years ago by my realtor in Jacksonville when I was moving to Tampa. She assisted me in buying my home. When I decided to return to Jacksonville 14 months later, she was the first person I thought of to help me sell it. She then assisted in property management when I decided to rent to property instead of sell and also oversaw repairs when we decided to place the house back on the market. Gina was a great friend to our family over the years and I appreciate everything she did for us during both the rental and sales process.

She gave great advice during and after a showing. She told me she would never sell me a house that she didn't feel comfortable living in herself, and it's true! Great eye for contract details. She saved us over $1000 in closing fees that our builder tried to quietly push onto us. When the builder tried to claim that we owed those fees, Gina went to the community association and got the legal contracts between the community and builder to prove that the builder owed the fees.

The most important thing about working with Gina is she genuinely cared about us and what was best for our family. She helped us buy two houses and sold two of our other houses. There are many realtors who just want commission and that's it. We have build a relationship with her over her last couple years and she always put our interests first. She always took time to talk with us and really explained everything going. We will highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy in the future. We also appreciated the military credit given back to us.
