Wendy is a unicorn in the realty world!! I cannot even being to describe how amazing she is. I would almost buy and sell again just to be able to work with her!! When we started the process she came out and picked apart our house. She gave me MONTHS of work to do before putting the house on the market. But once we did, we were under contract in THREE DAYS! On the purchasing end, we fell in love with the third house we saw. It was a long shot since we'd be buying with a contingency on selling our old home, but Wendy gave us the advice to write a personal letter to the seller. He chose us as buyers based completely on that letter! While under two contracts Wendy and Melissa were by our sides the entire time helping us navigate all of the paperwork on both sides of the deal. And, miraculously, Wendy was able to move up the closing on our new home by two weeks!! I should also mention this was all done in the midst of a global pandemic!! All that to say, if you need realty magic, Wendy is the one to call. She has been a part of our family for a while (she helped us buy our first home and was one of the first people who knew we were pregnant with our first child)!! We all absolutely adore her and would recommend her enthusiastically to anyone!!
