We choose to use Scott Gray and Florida Executive Realty because he had recently sold a house on our street, very quickly. We also found out, after contacting him, that Scott was actually our neighbor, living on the street behind were we lived. Scott was extremely professional from the start, and he was always very punctual. Working with Scott throughout the sales process, he always answered our questions quickly, made very reasonable recommendations for open houses and price changes. Once we had an offer on our house, Scott had a meeting with us and he was prepared with recent local sales comparisons, current expected square footage rates, cost of additional features (Pool, Kitchen, Garages, etc), as well as other information that assisted us with making a counter offer and eventually signing a contract acceptable to both parties! I would highly recommend Scott Gray to anyone making a real estate transaction in the future!
