Tim was the biggest reason why our move down from New York went so smoothly. My husband and I were renting an Air BnB for the first two months in Florida right after our move and after getting in contact with Tim, he made sure we saw the properties that had potential and fit our budget and our needs. He gave us his cell number so we could contact him at anytime in case we were browsing the real estate sites and came across a property that struck our fancy. He would then set up a showing with the seller and had details and information about it and the neighborhood. We eventually settled in a place in the Hyde Park Village. Tim told us all about the area since he lived there when he was younger. All of the outings we had with Tim were so easy and stress free. He would drive us around in his car and converse with us that made us feel like we were old friends just shooting the breeze. We even kept in touch after we moved into our awesome condo and Tim invited us to his Super Bowl party. I will never forget how great he was at his job. He really is an all around helpful and caring person. Thank you, Tim!
