Todd Bennett was there for us, we were in Cleveland Ohio while searching for our Florida home. He was totally available to us, I'd text or email and have a respond back by the end of day, usually within the hour. When we were ready to come to Florida for viewings, he had them lined up for us. He knew exactly what we were looking for and kept us under budget!! I would totally use Todd for any property purchase in my future and will definitely recommend him. Can't thank him enough!

Todd was very helpful, knowledgeable about the whole process. Little things, miscues occurred which were not on his part but caused a little anxiety ie) sign for house arrived early morning of open house when was to have been posted sooner. He gave good feedback on what needed to be done to the house to get ready to sell, calmed my nerves and answered questions in a timely manner, followed up quickly to texts and emails. Thank you.
