Wendy is wonderful to work with! I am the type to do my homework, but I am constantly busy and have long work hours. Wendy is very willing to hold a conversation on any doubts or concerns I may have and responds quickly with information about when she can talk if she is not available at the moment. She readily provides her opinion on the best way to approach an issue and who to contact, often very astutely. On several occasions, Wendy has had great suggestions for industry contacts who have provided me with similarly excellent advice and fantastic pricing in their own right. Moreover, Wendy has been invested in my ability to get through the home search and home purchase process quickly, safely, and with adequate knowledge to take care of my own affairs after the sale completed. I will be working with Wendy again for my next purchase.

Todd and Barb Allen were so wonderful to work with. They were both very knowledgable and patient. We were first time home buyers so naturally we asked lots of questions. Todd helped me find a rental home 4 years ago when we weren't quite ready to buy. Here we are 4 years later as happy home owners. Words don't really do justice in describing how we feel about Todd and Barb but I can say we feel like they are family after our experience with them.
