We called the listing agent off of a sign in Lithia, and he immediately referred us to Gina Bartel, his Buyer's Agent. We made contact with her within 5 minutes, and from the get-go, she was and has been the best. She understood our needs, and we shared our situation with her in terms of what we were looking for. We live in Texas so there were a lot of texts and emails going back and forth, and once we honed in on a location she was super attentive and sent us applicable homes in that particular neighborhood. She schedule showings and videoed the homes s(only 2 because she knew what we wanted) so we could view them through her. Once we were under contract, she kept us abreast of what was happening next and kept us directly in the loop. She is fantastic. Being a Buyer's Agent myself, and my husband also is in the housing industry, we are very in tune with how transactions should go, and I would recommend her to anyone looking in the Greater Tampa Bay area. I have already referred a friend looking to relocate from Texas to Florida, and I know I will again. She is a true asset to Florida Executive Realty!!

Being stationed on the west coast in the military made both my wife and I hesitant about purchasing a home without being able to view it in person, however Gina was a true blessing to have working with us on our behalf giving us FaceTime showings and plenty of photos/videos of any particular area of the hone we asked. Having her give us plenty of feedback of information about the neighborhood and community along with schools and restaurants helped make this move so much easier and less stressful than we had envisioned.
