Been a little over 11 years since the Sparacinos helped me sell my home in the wake of the housing market crash. No words can describe how hard they worked to make this happen while working with the government to ensure I did not get financially burned by virtue of being forced to move due to me being active duty Air Force with orders to transfer. Years later, having not had contact with them since I left, enjoying the comfort I have in my current home and situation, I still look back and thank them for their past performance and dedication helping make my current living possible. Real Estate Agents are often acknowledged for their customer service when it comes to what they do for their customers now, but rarely recognized and appreciated for for the long term impact of their efforts and commitment and the effects they have on our future when they are genuinely working for you.

Anthony and Jennifer were so helpful in finding our dream home. They are so knowledgeable of this market they were able to advise us on everything from the right areas to details on individual homes. Most important they listened to us and helped guide us out-of-towners with patience and their wisdom to find the perfect home at a great price. Having moved throughout the country and bought homes in several states, I can say this was the best experience by far in working with a professional team that cared about us. This is the second time we have used Team Sparacino within the last 7 years, and once again they went above and beyond our expectations. Basically, we "virtually shopped" in Tampa, FL from our previous home in Louisiana with a 45-day timeline breathing down our necks. Anthony and Jennifer drove many miles around Tampa in search of a perfect home for our family of four. We really cannot say enough good things about them. They are knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with their time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of 7 weeks). They answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. There were no surprises went we walked through the home for the very first time just hours before closing. Buying a home from abroad is challenging, but working with Team Sparacino made it as painless and straightforward as possible. Not only do we highly recommend them, but we also commend them on their integrity, trustworthiness, and honest feedback throughout the entire process.
