Dave Lechuga was phenomenal to work. We met him unexpectedly at one community we were looking at and he was so helpful answering all of our questions. We tabled our search for a home for bit but when we finally decided to continue, we knew we wanted to reach out to Dave. His help and knowledge has been wonderful. If we ever decide to sell or buy, we will definitely use Dave's services again.
