If you are looking for the total package look no further than Dee Strom. Dee represented my wife and I as both a seller and buyer agent. We signed a contract on a new construction build just before the Corona virus pandemic hit. To say we were a bit nervous about that is an understatement, but Dee took care of our every need and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Her professionalism was through the roof. She made herself available to us 24/7. Her knowledge about the local housing market was on point. She took the time to sit down with us and explain the comp market in our area and what we should expect as not only a seller but also as a buyer. We couldn't have asked for better communication. Dee was there with us every step of the process and really took on the "burden" of buying/selling a home. All we had to worry about was packing! I'd also like to mention the fantastic customer service we've received since we moved into our new home. Dee followed up with us multiple times to make sure we were getting settled in and to make sure we knew that she was still there for us if we had any questions/concerns.
