We were extremely lucky to have found Dina Hunter! She listened to our list of "must haves" regarding the house we wanted and showed us those that met our criteria. As we were from out of state, she took the time to tell us all about the neighborhoods we were researching and the items of importance that she knew we would want to learn about. When we found the perfect house, she helped us negotiate a price using her vast knowledge of the real estate market. She followed up with us to make sure everything was okay as we moved in, and we continue to rely on her for help with recommendations. Dina is a total professional, when she says she is going to do something...you can count on it! Her calm and caring demeanor helped to make the very complicated process of buying a house, easy. I can't imagine a more perfect real estate agent!

Dina was very thorough and responsive. She priced the house right, and I received four offers the day the house was listed! She asked for their "highest and best" and I received over asking price. She matched an offer from a competitor that had a seller rebate of 20% of the seller's Listing Side Commission cost.

Dina was recommended by a realtor friend when my partner and I moved to Tampa. I will have to say that right off the bat, she was very supportive of our needs and wishes.
