I have never had such a comfortable experience working with someone as I did with Irene. Irene is extremely intelligent, full of compassion and kindness and I never once felt nervous or had concerns. I knew that everything was moving forward in a respectful and comprehensive way while protecting my interest. I love to hear Irene say, "We've got this!" Florida Executive Realty (FER) was recommended to me by a friend who was renting a home they managed. I was blown away by the stellar review she gave regarding their attentiveness and how they quickly addressed issues. This testimony spoke volumes because I use a property management company once and it was not a pleasant experience to say the least. I will also note that my friend is no push over her standard are high. FER DID NOT disappoint. They provided great service, timely follow-up, and I was most impressed by their high level of stewardship. They provided the best options at economical rates. FER also functioned as a valuable resource for navigating the rental market which was very needed since I had no experience. I would recommend FER to anyone who crosses my path with a need for SUPERIOR property management or real estate services.
