There is no limit to how many great things I can say about our home buying and selling experience with Jay Quigley. Jay was a highly suggested referral from a friend. His professionalism is incomparable. From our first meeting, we were impressed with the communication and transparency he provided. We discussed expectations and timelines which we've maintained throughout the process. Jay was available and easy to contact and would meet us as needed whether in person, over the phone, text, or Zoom. Our experience didn't come without hiccups but he was right there as our advocate and kept us on track. Jay exceeded our expectations and always went above and beyond for us. If we need to move again, there is no question which realtor we would work with.

Jay was our agent in the sale of our current home ? as well as our agent in purchasing our new home. Jay is very attentive, responsive, knowledgeable and ethical. Not only did he help us through the sale of our current home, he was also able to recommend several businesses we needed, with all his connections (painters, junk removal, etc.). All those he recommended also did a great job for us! I would highly recommend Jay, and will certainly consider him for any future real estate needs!

When I set out on the journey to find my first home, I did not realize what an uphill battle it would be. Finding the ?perfect forever home? during this market seemed impossible. For six months, I felt like a guppy fighting for a spot among the sharks (All cash buyers, over bidders, you name it!) and was working with a realtor who was leading me in the wrong direction. Jay was referred to me, and everything changed. I?m forever grateful that someone threw me the life raft that is Jay Quigley. He puts his clients needs first, above the desire to make a commission. He gave me a consultation where he allowed me to voice my frustrations with the process and understood my wants and needs right off the bat, while remaining completely transparent on what his plan would be to find my perfect home. Throughout the process he was attentive, responsive and worked incredibly hard to send me listings I hadn?t had access to, to give me the best chance to make an offer quickly. It took just TWO WEEKS for Jay to find me the absolutely perfect situation for my family. I closed on a house today that I never imagined I?d find, in the perfect neighborhood, at the perfect price point, with every desire met and no bell or whistle spared. He made my dream of home ownership a reality, and more importantly, he gave me an education about the entire home buying process. He is patient, attentive, fair, honest and kind, and I could not possibly recommend him higher. Jay is the real deal, and if you?re like me and feeling lost at sea, use a life raft and call Jay. Simply the best. I will never use anyone else! (But won?t need to because I LOVE MY HOUSE!!! Thank you Jay! We did it!)
