There are so many incredible things I can say about Jay! I met Jay while still living in Mississippi and he never left our side! It was a long journey but Jay was patient, persistent and very professional! He was extremely knowledgeable and never pushed or pressured us during the process. We are blessed to call him our friend/family!! The only negative thing about Jay is we don't get to see him anymore!

My wife of more than 50 years, Linda and I decided to move back to Tampa after living in Michigan for many years. I felt I could find an apartment or home to rent with little difficulty. How wrong I was despite the fact we knew the area well. After a two-month search, I was not any closer to achieving our goal. With only a month until we had to move, I decided to look elsewhere for help. I needed a pro. We had numerous possibilities only to find out the ones we liked, someone else had beaten us to the punch. I reviewed thousands of properties, and frustration grew each day. I ran across Florida Executive Realty and spoke with Jay. I advised him of the mission and general geographic areas we were targeting. Jay grabbed on to the task and within days we had narrowed the list to a few possibilities. Jay's follow-up was incredible, and his detail orientation is phenomenal. I am not a computer wizard, so Jay did it all - from the negotiation to the lease agreement, to orchestration of the folks unloading the truck. He even actually contracted the labor to unload the truck as well as the storage facility. I've been in the business world since the mid-sixties, and I was knocked out by his diligence, detail orientation, and take-charge attitude. In addition, Jay is a nice guy with a positive, can-do attitude. We wound up signing a lease for a property in Brandon and love it here. Linda and I were very fortunate to get Jay involved. If I were you, I would connect with Jay immediately, and hope he's available.

Jay is the absolute best realtor-- super personable, and genuinely wants his clients to find their perfect home. He helped us successfully purchase our first house in this crazy market and always had the best recommendations-- from contractors, home inspectors, loan officers, etc. As someone who isn't as knowledgeable in the real estate department, his expertise was essential. He truly felt like a friend throughout the process and we will definitely be recommending him to our friends and family.

Where do I begin... first of all let me just say that my realtor Jay is phenomenal. He is sociable, goes the extra mile, patient, knowledgeable and most of all empathetic. He is the kind of realtor that u can text at 8 pm and still get a response and call after 5 pm and I guarantee he will take your calls. He listens and he addressed all my concerns, and believe me ... I had a whole lot!!!!!!! At one point there was a mishap and I thought I lost the house I really wanted. I dont know what he did, made a few phone calls or whatever, a few days later he called and told me; I got My house back. I was ecstatic ! This is my second home buying experience and Jay made it seamless. From the bottom of my heart Thank U !!!!!!!

We would highly recommend Jay if you are looking to buy or sell a house. He went above and beyond in all aspects of our process to sell our home. From putting together a booklet with information on our house and comps from our neighborhood to answering questions we had he was readily available all the time. Jay was knowledgeable about the current market and was able to provide real-time advice and feedback that was helpful in our decision to list our house. After moving, with our house still pending to be sold, Jay really went above and beyond by putting our storm shutters on the house, before a pending hurricane, and also mowed our lawn before the new owners arrived. He is trustworthy and will be truthful with you throughout the process and we would recommend Jay to anyone looking to buy or sell a house! Throughout the process Jay wasn't only our realtor but he became a friend and we were thankful for his advice and level of professionalism and attention to detail!
