When my wife and I decided to make the plunge and move to the Land O Lakes FL area from California, we did not realize what w were actually looking for in a home. A close friend recommended us to contact her friend in Florida who is a Real Estate agent as well, but not in that immediate area. She then recommended Jay Quigley right away and we had the good fortune to have a professional business relationship and friendship with Jay. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, helping my wife and myself with the various decisions and choices that couples have to make when choosing where to begin the next phase of life. Jay?s knowledge of the area, business connections and advice helped to make our ultimate new home choice an easy decision. I would highly recommend Jay to anyone, friend or stranger, who was looking to relocate to the Land O Lakes or Tampa area. Jay is truly an individual who cares about getting his clients to the right outcome as I am sure he has been for all past and will be for all future clients that he encounters.

I had an excellent time working with Jay to purchase my first home. I had actually tried to buy in 2020, but wasn't quite ready. Jay kept in touch for 4 years, constantly checking my progress and giving me advice on ways to save. Finally, when it was time, I had a tons of questions and concerns. Jay toured multiple houses with me, gave his very honest opinion on every house we saw - even if we disagreed - which I always respected. If you are a first time homebuyer/seller, if your nervous, tentative, or would need a lot of help during the process of buying or selling a house I couldn't recommend Jay enough. I am now at just over a month since closing and he is still answering questions / giving advice whenever asked. I love my house, but if we ever decide to sell, it will most definitely be through Jay.

Jay was the agent I needed to find the home I wanted. Given the market was a completely sellers market when I was looking (purchased March 2022), I felt frustration around the chances of us ever finding a home. Jay was reassuring in ever conversation that "If you follow the process, you will find the house.". He was a fantastic agent and absolutely knows his business. Highly recommend!
