When looking for a realtor, I wanted someone who was well-informed on the industry, the market, and the Tampa Bay Area, all of which I was able to find in Jay Quigley. As a first-time home buyer, I appreciated that he took the time to get to know me, set expectations, and walk me through the process. He was always patient, responsive, and honest with me, and I never felt like he was trying to "sell" me on something that was not right for me. Overall the house hunt had been a long, difficult, & emotional process, especially in this current market, but I have now officially closed on my new home! It is a wonderful feeling, and I am forever thankful I had Jay as my realtor through it all. If you are looking for a realtor who is thorough and knowledgeable, with a strong sense of integrity, as well as a sense of humor then Jay Quigley is the perfect realtor for you. Working with Jay was a great experience! Trying to find a rental in FL while still living in PA was definitely a challenge and Jay made the process so much easier. Jay was willing to provide a video tour of our properties of interest and made us feel comfortable renting something without being able to see it in person. I would not hesitate to contact him again for any of our rental/home buying needs.
