Dee sold our house in 3 weeks time for a top price in our subdivision and area. She acted quickly with publicity as soon as we listed the home and brought several offers to us. We did not even have to have an open house there were so many qualified buyers coming to see our home. Dee is the best agent to sell your home -- especially if you live in Esplanade. She came prepared with comps in hand, and answered questions she knew we would have that we hadn't even thought of yet. Super responsive, and her local knowledge is unsurpassed. She passed on negotiation tips, and she was willing to defer to our decision to list higher than comps dictated, which worked out to benefit both of us. Her ability to work with appraisers, inspectors and other agents was very impressive. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dee above all others when selling a home in New Tampa or Wesley Chapel.

We had purchased our first home with Dee Strom approximately 5 1/2 years ago to be used as a snowbird house. When we had our first meeting with Dee to buy another home that was bigger for us and gave her a list of what requirements we had and in what priority she never said it was impossible. From start to finish Dee held our hands throughout the process. Dee was very responsive when questions and concerns arose. She explained things in detail and always followed up to make sure our anxiety was kept to a minimum. At the end Dee found us the perfect home and it hit 90% of what we were initially looking for. In addition Dee ended up selling our current home and was a tremendous help in that area too. We could not have been happier dealing with Dee and she will always be our agent even in referrals.

In late 2019, we searched the internet looking for a good realtor with experience in New Tampa, including Hunter's Green and Tampa Palms. Dee's name popped up and we contacted her. During Thanksgiving week 2019, we traveled to Tampa to look for homes. We met with Dee and she eagerly showed us everything available that fit our criteria. We immediately felt very comfortable with her and her great work ethics and professionalism. She was always well dressed and elegant, but at the same time, very down-to-earth. She drove with us everywhere... very patient with us. In the end, due to personal circumstances, we left without purchasing anything. We did feel bad for Dee, who had put in so much energy into our requirements. Then in 2020 came the pandemic... affecting all of us. By the end of last year and early 2021, we were ready to buy and contacted Dee... She could have blown us off, since she had already spent so much time with us. But she has a great attitude and is a trooper! By then, as you well know, the market had changed. A true seller's market. In the end, she was determined to help us secure a home that met our criteria, and she did. Bravo! Since she had spent time with us, she remembered exactly what our criteria was. So, when she told us of a home that she felt met our criteria, within hours, our offer was placed. Our trust in Dee was enough to make an all-cash, half million dollar purchase, sight unseen, And, when we visited the home at closing, we were not disappointed. On the contrary. We found it nicer than the pictures showed. Dee did an outstanding job. All I can say is that your realty firm has a gem. I hope that you truly value her. This home that we purchased is our "landing pad" in the Tampa area. Once we have lived there for a few months, and get a better and realistic feel for the area (traffic, distances, amenities, shopping, etc.), we will probably purchase a couple of other homes for permanent residence, Rest assured that Dee will be our exclusive agent.
