I am delighted and amazed with the professional advice, timing and processes Chris had at his disposal when the time was right to sell my house. With multiple offers after 3 days of walk-thru and virtual visits on MLS, we were able to ask that interested parties submit their offers for consideration at the end of just one week on the market. With many offers above list price and various options to choose from, Chris's knowledge of how to approach this situation was most advantageous.
