Chris Bilar helped us relocate from Chicago to Parrish, Florida. He is an extremely knowledgeable realtor. He helped us pick the perfect house in the perfect neighborhood. We were not the easiest buyers to work with but Chris was extremely patient and showed us dozens and dozens of homes until we found the right one. Every time we entered a home we knew we could rely on his expertise to help spot things we might overlook and we relied greatly on his overall knowledge of the Florida Market. He did not just sell us a house, he helped us plan the move, get insurance, recommend financing, helped with the inspection and the set up of our utilities. He knew the contracts forwards and backwards and was able to answer any question we asked. Chris is the definition of a five star full service agent and you would be in great hands working with Chris!

Working with Chris was excellent. He walked my wife and I through the entire process. Everytime we had a question or did not understand something in the process, Chris would explain it and walk us through it. Chris and his team, went above and beyond to help our family sell our home, because of a relocation we needed extra assistance with our home as far maintenance, Chris and his team either corrected things or helped lead the repair efforts. Working with him was a great relief during some stressful times. I highly recommend listing your home with Chris.

Chris was our realtor for the sale of our town home, which had been a rental property for us. He was very knowledgeable in that area, and knew exactly what we needed to do to fix it up to sell if quickly. He knew vendors with great prices and they did a great job and were VERY affordable and fast!During the process of our sale, he was very responsive to our questions, being new to the process, he was very patient in explaining things to us and ensured that we understood each step. He never seemed put out by our calls, or emails or texts as we were trying to navigate the sale and the closing and understand the process.Chris did an excellent job, he advocated for us in every step of the process and pushed when needed to get the closing done in an acceptable time frame. He went above and beyond for us to get our home closed on a Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend and even stayed past business hours to ensure it was done!We would HIGHLY recommend using him for any of your real estate needs, he's our FAVORITE!
