She listened to both my husband and I with two different needs for our home which was a difficult task! She helped us to find our dream home and we couldn't be more happy and excited! Carrie Bell was an absolute blessing to work with. She was attentive to our needs and answered all of our questions timely. We purchased our home virtually and she did walkthroughs with us on Google Duo and even did our inspection walkthroughs with the builder. She went above and beyond for us and we are so grateful to have her as our support team through this process. I would highly recommend her to everyone.

When we were considering our move to Tampa, Carrie came highly recommended. Coming from Alabama and the Deep South, the real estate market, home styles, and culture were quite different for us. Carrie was so patient and informative in guiding and educating us in our home buying decision. Within a very short time she understood what we valued in a home and made extreme effort in seeking out those homes. The process took over a year, but Carrie stayed with us and was always available throughout with great encouragement that we would find the right one. In an extremely competitive market she gave us timely and wise advice that helped us secure the home we wanted. We highly recommend Carrie not just as a real estate agent, but as someone who values your preferences and "non-negotiables", and do everything possible to help you find either your "forever" home or your "this stage in life" home. We are so grateful!

Carrie Bell provided stellar and cordial assistance with the recent sale of my home in WPV. Plainly Carrie is hands down the most knowledgeable about Westchase real estate. Beyond that she is super friendly and responsive and she has a great and well deserved reputation with her peers, which helped facilitate the many moving parts in my sale. I was a first time seller in Florida and I was selling my home in connection with several other major changes, including an out of state move, which added complexity to my needs and the process. Carrie was fantastically helpful in answering my many (!) questions and she took on the role of advisor, advocate (and at times, counselor!). I will always be grateful for her assistance.

I highly recommend Carrie at Florida Executive Realty. This is the second time I've used her my real estate needs. I intend on using her again in the very near future. Carrie is very professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and truly cares about her clients. She does what is in the best interest on her clients; not her. This characteristic is hard to find when dealing with such an important / large personal change and transaction.
