April was so very helpful. She made the relocation process so easy. This was our 5th relocation move. I can't say enough about how she walked through the process with us and made sure everything was done from start to finish. Would answer texts & e-mails promptly. April understood or timeframe and worked around our schedule. I can't say enough about how professional, and easy it was to work with her especially during the Covid 19 chaos. April went above and beyond for us after our purchase and we got home and had questions about the house, she actually met the sellers at the home, so she could take pictures of the things we had questions on. Then after we moved in, and were settled in, we had some questions on somethings about the house, and she contacted the sellers for us. I wouldn't work with anyone else but April!!

I don't even know where to begin to heap praise on April. She helped us through one of the most difficult decisions of our life -- buying what we feel is our final home. She worked with us over the course of a year and a half, helping us to hone in on exactly what we were looking for. At no time did she judge, make us feel rushed, intercede to tell us what she thought we should be looking for, etc. She showed the utmost professionalism and patience as we moved slowly through the decision-making process. She helped us to understand the market, did not try to push us beyond our financial comfort zone, explained things that we did not fully understand, etc. I cannot even imagine working through this process with anyone else. Not only did she help us to sell our home and buy a new one, she was there with us the day we moved into the new place, helping us to get settled, buying us lunch, and generally being extremely helpful to the very end. I will highly recommend her to anyone we know who is looking to sell their home and buy a new one. We could not have asked for a better agent!

April helped us deal with a number of difficult issues with grace and aplomb. She also got us more money for our home than we were expecting. I wish we had another house for her to help us sell!

April did a great job helping my wife and me find our new home. She was very patient and helpful while we honed in on exactly what we wanted in a new place to live. Additionally, she was always willing to set up a viewing as new houses came on the market. Always supportive and never pushy, it was with her help that we found our home.
