I was dealing with Anthony Sparacino and Jennifer Sparacino. Their performance as a team was Outstanding and Exemplary. Because of Anthony we went into contract in 8 days of listing with Anthony. Because of Anthony the Appraisal came out higher then the accepted price. Because of the Team work between Us and Him we got more $$$ then we thought possible. His passion for our home was Amazing. His work ethic and dedication go beyond expectations. Both Jennifer and Anthony had our back the entire time. We became friends. We can't sing their praises enough. Our home was in Mirabay, Appolo Beach a boating community. Anthony knew everything about the community so he could overcome every objection. He had facts and answers to the positive for everything. The minute I met Anthony I knew We would list with Him. We listed with Him the Person not the Realty. Please don't take offense to that. Team Sparacino was very in-tune with the entire process of selling our home. Selling our home was a pretty difficult task that ranged from finding an open permit to awaiting an oven to be installed prior to our closing date. With me being out of the State during my sell, Team Sparacino over came all my barriers in order to get our home sold. BTW, Team Sparacino helped me purchase our home 12 years ago and now they helped me sale the same home. Anthony was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He showed us many properties and was very quick to respond whenever we called or texted him, if he couldn't get back to us then Jennifer would. Jennifer took over and guided us through closing and all the paperwork. Together Anthony and Jennifer made a great team.
