I could not ask for a better experience or better realtors. I have sold 2 houses, purchased 3 with Jennifer & Anthony. Each time I look at moving, the only realtors that I consider are Jennifer and Anthony Sparacino. Their experience in real estate provides me with comfort as they know the ins, outs, and challenges that may be encountered. They are pro-active! I know and understand each step of the process, they check in to see how my personal tasks are coming along (packing, setting up utilities, etc.), and they offer advice and/or assistance to all aspects. The number one reason that I keep coming back to Jennifer and Anthony is that, whether buying or selling, they 100% partner with me. Each transaction isn't just a business transaction to them - they genuinely treat each one as if it were their own. They look at it from the client's perspective and advise as such. This is so very important to me. My current home was bought with a contingency - the seller asked that the home I owned be listed within 3 days - this felt like a daunting task - but both Jennifer and Anthony said "no problem" we can make it happen. It is that type of partnership, that I need when taking on such large, life changing events.

What I love best about working with them is their past military experiences, very personal relationships, and always upfront and honest. Jennifer & Anthony were awesome!!! They took the time to find out exactly what I was wanting and in the area as well. They were very patient with me and encouraging when I was having my doubts about finding the perfect home for me. Where can we start We have so many amazing things to say about Jennifer and Anthony. Since that first phone call, Jennifer and Anthony made us feel at home and welcome, I remember the first time my wife spoke to Jennifer we both had thought it was going to be hard to get preapproved. Jennifer mentioned two different mortgage brokers, and eventually, with Jennifer's guidance, we decided to contact Kristine Bredeau, from SWBC Mortgage Corporation. After we had gotten preapproved. Jennifer became part of our family, constantly on the phone setting appointment, Jennifer and Anthony really care about their clients and are dedicated and passionate about finding their clients their dream, home. They are so knowledgeable and we learn so much about what to look for when buying a home. She took her time to explain every detail and aspect of what was not right or good in a home as well as what were the potentials. I have so many amazing things to say I can write a book. Jennifer and Anthony were always available to answer our questions, even when she had a personal appointment she will communicate that with us, and let us know she was going to be unavailable but we could text and she will reply as soon as she was done. Even with other clients on her schedule, she made us feel number one always. Every step of the way as a first-time homebuyer I can say it is possible thanks to the Lord most a formal but definitely do to Jennifer's expertise her advice on every step from making sure the offer made sense. We totally trusted her opinion she show us she really care. We will recommend Jennifer and Anthony to everyone we know as from now on they are part of our family.
