Angela Thomas had quite a task on her hands when it came to orchestrating the sell of our fathers unique property. There was not a time that she didn't measure up to the task and communicate all the inner workings to make sure that we were all I nformed and felt comfortable with the sale of the property. She was "on top" of everything, answering all questions, making multiple visits all with the "no pressure" approach. As my siblings and I saw our dad's home change owners, we all knew that Angela had our best interest in mind and handled the sale with a kind heart! She went far and beyond with her professionalism to make sure we were at ease all the way to the end! She is truly one of a kind and we are blessed to have had her represent us at such a difficult time! Thank you Angela!

Angela has been fantastic work with and was there every step of the way when we decided to purchase our home in Tampa. We were searching for a home in Tampa from Seattle and the long distance search poses several challenges. Angela is super responsive, used technology to showcase homes to us so that we could minimize and have more meaningful visits to Tampa. She has tons of patience and answered our questions in a transparent manner. We felt comfortable working with her for almost more than year before we zeroed in on a home. She helped is with offer creation and went above and beyond to help us with various items in a timely manner. Her customer obsessed attitude is a huge asset to FER. Thank you Angela for everything. Angela is an excellent real estate agent. She impressed me when she helpt us purchase the property above. Angela knows what she is doing, she has high expertise in her job. For every property she showed to us, she presented the features of the house, along with the statistical analysis data of the sales/rent markets aroud the area, which helps a lot in making a decision of purchase. Angela is also a great communicator. As a buyer's agent, she responded to our questions promptly and clearly, and makes efforts to help us commicating with list agents, title company, or third parties etc..
