All we can say is WOW! My family and I relocated back to Florida after spending nearly a decade in Delaware. We started the process with Angela in November 2023 and closed in November 2024. She was referred to us by our Delaware realator that sold our old house. From the minute we meet her, we know she was the realator for us. She knew the area very well, as well as the market conditions. We had some fears about moving back and the process of selling our Delaware house. She never rushed the process and allowed us to go at our own pace, even if that meant a full year until closing. We told her we wanted a similar house to what he had in DE. She found the perfect match for us. We went new construction. She got the builder to drop the final sale price to our target price. She was very punctual and made it to every meeting with the builder. My wife and I are so happy we went with her. She is top tier!

I met Angela 8 years ago when she helped a friend of mine sell her house. I was so impressed with her professionalism and I could tell she really cared about her client. When I decided to sell my house, she was the only person i called and I am so glad I did. She went over and above to make sure every thing went smoothly and was very patient and kind to me. Angela, was extremely professional during the entire home buying process. She is extremely detail oriented, thorough, compassionate and always looking ahead to spot out any "bumps in the road". If you are looking for someone who is thorough, well prepared, communicates timely and effectively and keeps you informed during the whole process, you can check all the boxes. From suggestions on what to do in prep of listing through signing, she is there the entire process. If I lived in Tampa Bay area, would not use anyone else. Period.
