Amber did a fabulous job helping me find a new home. She listened to my needs and desires to achieve all my goals. Based on those, she introduced me to a community that I had not even been considering but fit my needs perfectly. It was also an upgrade in product from the other communities I had personally targeted. It also got me closer to my grandchildren which is a huge bonus! Once we identified the ideal community, she then helped me sort through the various homes that were available to again meet my needs in a home. She showed me many homes in the community as we honed in on the right home. She was very thoughtful, providing great advice, during the negotiation phase. She guided me to a very successful home purchase. It took us several weeks from beginning to end, but it was all part of the process to get me into the right home, exhibiting her patience with me to get to close, which she handled equally well. She took a lot of the stress of home buying out of the process. I'm very happy with my new home.

He explained each step of the process thoroughly, always made time for our questions, and genuinely valued our input. It never felt like we were just another transaction to him. There was some early confusion around what needed to stay with the home versus what we could take -- a learning curve for us as new sellers. And one showing caught us completely off guard. Not ideal.
