Kristy has represented us professionally, unflichingly and honestly. She has been there every step of the way offering us knowledge, support and assistance. Since we were out of town sellers, she helped us oversee maintenance and repairs on the house and even recruited her husband for help. She was a master negotiator and pointed out the legalities of the sale and presented us with choices highlighting our advantages proving she represented us totally as sellers. Her responses were always immediate and sharp and her expertise was apparent every step of the way. She was always on top of every detail. Her knowledge of the market is comprehensive and up-to-date as she makes every effort to be informed and collegiate. I will definitely refer my friends to Kristy.

From the Sunday that we first met with Kristy, I was very impressed with her presentation showing what the real estate environment was in our area, and what her recommendation was as far as what we would benchmark our results at concerning timing and price. The timing and price projections were quite close to what actually took place. I was pleased with the results. I must say that Kristy was very responsive as we went through the process. Whenever I had a question or an issue that I wanted to discussed, I texted her, and she responded immediately. I was very appreciative of that responsiveness. As a result of that, I felt that she and I and my wife moved through the process very effectively, in REAL TIME, subtly making changes that needed to be made resulting in our successful sale. Again, I was very satisfied with the results of the selling of our house, both in timing and price, and I was very impressed with the process as conducted by Kristy and her staff.

Kristy and her team were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I contacted Kristy to get her opinion of what it would take to get our home market ready. She made time to meet with me even before we had officially started the process. She brought with her a very professionally done custom book which contained comps for our community and details about my home that she and her team had gathered. Because of her expertise we had an offer in five days and closed in 25 days. If I had it to do over again I would call Kristy. She truly is in my opinion the best realtor in the New Tampa area.
