We met Julie through a referral from our realtor in Texas. Julie listened to what we were looking for in our move to Florida and suspected we may like a community in Wimauma. I was skeptical but when it showed it to us, we loved it. She quickly picked on our style and tastes. But Julie's real strength happened after we found the house. We mentioned several things we'd like to do the get the house ready. Next thing we know, she's contacted contractors and set up appointments. She showed up for every appointment and when we were back in Texas was always willing to fill in and provide updates. She's much more than a realtor but an advisor and friend. She has taken a real interest in our lives and has gone way above and beyond what a typical realtor would do. We owe Julie so much gratitude for all she has done for us.

Julie our NC realtor found Julie and we couldn't have been happier. She contacted us immediately and was so responsive. She ran over to view the house we had in mind the afternoon after we talked remotely. She looked at the house as if she were buying herself. We were also so grateful as she helped keep the entire process moving along and was helpful since we were moving from NC to FL. On top of the amazing professionalism she was kind and friendly. We couldn't have been happier.

Julie Griffin was recommended to us by my son who lives in the Annapolis Maryland area and is also a realtor. My wife and I had recently returned to the U.S. after having lived in Thailand over the past three years. Because of this we really needed a lot of attention expertise and hand-holding in our search for a new home.We were also a bit financially challenged as the expenses of such a move depleted our savings. Being especially sensitive to our financial condition Julie immediately furnished us with many options within our price range. We wanted to buy a newly built home if at all possible and Ms. Griffin found us the perfect house that fell perfectly within our limited budget. If her involvement had ended there we would have been extremely satisfied with her service; but it didn't.She stayed with us every step of the way. Throughout the qualifying phase which was extensive she was like a trusted advisor. She worked with us the builder and the mortgage company to help in any way she could to guide us through this complicated and stressful process. She was like our best friend all the way through. She even attended our closing.For Julie being a realtor seems much more like a calling and less like a job. She always seemed to be enjoying the process even when things were a bit difficult. My wife and I cannot recommend her highly enough. I don't think you will find anyone more pleasant and dedicated to assist you in finding your next home. DH

Julie Griffin made buying my house a smooth and pleasant experience. She knew exactly what to do at every step of the process and gave me excellent guidance along the way. Specifically, Julie was extremely helpful and responsive and even got the Title Company to pay the HOA when they collected insufficient funds due to a clerical error.
