Emily has gone so far above and beyond the call of duty as our realtor. She always managed to get us last minute showing requests, and gave sound advice as we toured houses. She didn't want us to buy just any house, she wanted to be sure we bought the absolute best house for our needs. She found something that our home inspector missed and fought tooth and nail for us throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Emily Harkins to anyone looking to buy or sell a house!!

Emily sold a home to our niece and nephew in law, it was such a good experience for them, we had to met with her for our move from NJ to FL. When we met Emily a year ago, she was so awesome, we knew when it was our turn to find a home, she was our person. She made the process seamless and easy even though we still lived in NJ. She has an abundance of knowledge and is savvy in all things real estate related. I can't say enough positive things about our experience and about Emily herself.

Her insight and candor were crucial in advising us to competitively price our home in a dynamic market. As a result, the townhome sold within 3 days of placing it on the market. Outstanding! Emily was also stalwart in negotiating a fair price for the purchase of our new home. After our initial inspection, she contacted the seller regarding needed repairs and was able to discount the sales price by $3000.00. As a result, we were able to expedite all the repair work.
