Diane was very helpful, listened to and understood what Wendy and I were looking for in a new home. But as we looked at multiple homes our likes and dislikes changed. She was patient and continued to zero in on exactly what we wanted. She helped us through every step all the way through closing. I have bought and sold many, many properties in my life and no other realtor has provided me with such outstanding service. I have had great realtors that I recommended. But Diane is unique! She picks up on every little detail that I said, stores it in her memory and then brings it back - when going to the next house, or at the Design Center of our chosen house - or even when checking on construction when we weren't able to check on our house ourselves. She is professional, personable and the complete package when it comes to real estate!

We were connected with Diane by our previous realtor (whom retired). Diane was amazing! She listened to our needs/wants, was not pushy at all, and had a wealth of knowledge on real estate. If she didn't have an immediate answer for us - she made calls and got right back to us. She answered any silly question via text or email promptly. She was "right on" with pricing our home to sell and even with what we would end up purchasing our new home for. Selling and buying our home was a smooth process thanks to Diane!
