We first met Dan when we were looking at a home's for Aaron's Parents. Aaron & I knew nothing about owning a home or what the market would be like. On that same day we saw a total of 3 other homes with 3 other realtors. Out of the four of them Dan was the only person who took time to get to know us & genuinely inquire about our needs. He was just a genuine person and that was evident from the first time we met him. It was an easy choice to make Dan our realtor. Throughout this entire process Dan & Stacey have been extremely helpful & really understanding of our needs. Dan has gone above & beyond for us even after he was unfortunately injured. Every question we asked & every issue we had Dan took the time to take care of it. He prides himself on being very honest & transparent throughout the entire process. We are so grateful to have met Dan that day many months ago & we know that we will be recommending him to anyone that is looking for a home. People who are honest and trustworthy are very difficult to find in this day and age.

Such a great experience. Dan really went to bat for me and took care of me like family throughout the entire process from selecting my first home and staying on top of things when my schedule would not allow for me to do so. I am extremely thankful to have met Dan and been able to work with him.

In Dec '20 we decided after many years of renting to find a place we could call ours. So, we started our search on our own using what little we knew about home finding to guide us. In a chance drive one day scouting houses, we stumbled on an open house being presented by Dan. While that house was not what we were looking for, the discussion, guidance and recommendations Dan provided to us at that open house led us to immediately decide that Dan should represent us in our search. We ended up picking new construction, in a relatively new community. Dan was fantastic in every phase of our journey, often being the rock we needed when the process of new construction would have us at our whit's end. I would highly recommend Dan and Stacy as your agents; I know I would certainly have them represent us again.

Dan was/is AMAZING!! He listened to everything my husband and I were looking for! He was in constant communication with us and made a difficult process (not because of him but because of the lenders) feel smooth and easy!
