Brian did a very thorough and detailed valuation report to help me understand the market conditions and the value range of my property. This report helped me to remain grounded and Brian was available for any questions or concerns that I may have. Brian was available to show the property throughout and was extremely patient. I truly enjoyed Brian's involvement! He is kind, very knowledgeable and you can see that he really enjoys helping others. I am so thankful and I feel so blessed to have worked with Brian. Brian was incredible. He made the process effortless for us. We had already moved out of state when our house went up for sale. It was no issue at all. Brian kept us informed and involved every step of the way without feeling overwhelmed or disconnected being far away. He was always there for us when we had questions.
