This monthly group of classes focuses on the basics of the business. It is comprised of four classes spread over 2 weeks which allows new licensees to get a jump start with their career. The classes discuss practical techniques for prospecting & business development, hands on practice of various transaction management systems & the MLS, in depth discussion and analysis of the various purchase contracts and their addenda, as well as best practices for transaction management.
